Bells

There once was a man named Mel
Who always loved the sound of the jingle of a bell.
He finally bought a set to learn how to play.
Then he practiced incredibly hard every day.
Now he can play many tunes very well.

by Doug Faulter
Simon (bells) used to send lots of e-mails that were not official in nature at all, but they were written in a very formal way. Despite that, he usually dressed in clothes of an informal, casual type and wore them in a nonchalant way. His colleagues perceived this as arrogant. Stuart hinted at a better choice of style, and they all tried to indicate it to Simon in a tactful way. Nevertheless, Simon is hurt. His way of exchange with others is not in keeping with his attitude toward his workplace. He feels emotional pain and almost stops his conversations with colleagues. However, he does not change his style.
