A. Ursyn Orchestra: Casting Auditions_Lolo

Previous Home Next
Lolo thought he knew everything about people. For him, it was enough to spend two minutes with a person, and he felt he could predict how this person would act. The only unpredictable people would be directors of the movies he casted for. When they set up an audition, they were always trying to make their pick valid. Lolo's career changed in five minutes when he was asked to do the casting auditions for the orchestra musicians. The only rule was that they had to be able to carry their instruments well. For this reason, the musician was not asked for his being versed or skilled in music, his ear, talent, or technique that would have some special power. Lolo was expected to predict an effect of every musician’s performance on any audience, and how that person’s play would affect the ticket sells.
