found his part in the Orchestra exciting but hard on the body. He had to stand for a long time, which caused a chronic leg pain. Theoretically, he could use a chair, but this practice was not recommended. He wanted the Orchestra to look good, so he stood up straight during the entire performance. Dentists do it, people working at cash registers do it, so why not him? He wondered many times why the grocery store cashier has to stand all day long rather than sitting on a high stool? After all, somebody else bags up the groceries. Certainly, there are stools that are high enough to allow for eye contact during transactions. There was one thing beyond standing long that he had in common with dentists. They worked with their arms up. Thus, apart from the leg pain, he suffered from pain in his arms. He often thought about how his dog was using all four legs for walking or standing. That must have been comfortable. One day he visited a large computer company where a colleague invited him on a tour of a large facility. He saw it all: computers being thrown on a running belt to check their durability, keyboards sprinkled with water, monitors affected by added filters. One room was especially intriguing to him. He saw it filled out with people moving strangely and vigorously in their chairs. It looked awkward, like an uncoordinated ballet. The question written on his face made his host explain that all those people were newly hired workers. Since they would be sitting at the computer eight hours a day and sometimes even more, they better select a chair that feels really comfortable to them.

Art as related to Math

- The LINE: is used in virtually every aspect of Math, lines make up every number, and any thing you can visually represent in Math.

-COLOR: every number can be represented as a different number, infinity can be represented as white and negative infinity as black. All the numbers included in both categories are different endless spectrum color possibilities. White is all possible colors now are forever being reflected, so should be considered positive infinity, black is the absorption of every possible color and should be considered negative infinity. Just as infinity is that of all possible positive numbers, and negative infinity is that of all negative numbers.

-SPACE: no matter how large or small empty or full has a numeric measurement, as well as value, so can be considered mathematic. Anything can be done with space it can be, added, multiplied, divided, subtracted, anything you can do to numbers, to itself or other spaces.

-TEXTURE: Math can be made to have texture, mathematic calculations and placement of lines and objects, height and width will create real or a feeling of texture. Numbers, equations, anything to do with Math can also be created out of a solid textured object for look and feel of texture. Three dimensional and any risen map creates texture and may consist of textured numbers.

-SHAPE AND FORM: Every number, or mathematically related symbol regardless if it stands alone or is included with others has its own unique shape and form, as well as name. For example the number 4 is always referred to as four, a 2 can never be called a four or have the same symbolic meaning as a 4.

-EMPHASIS: Math possesses much emphasis because every number is made up of endless and can be broken down into endless numbers. You can emphasize a number as it is or emphasize it as made up of many.

-UNITY: Every number has a opposite and is reflected across the 0, ever 0 has itself as an opposite. Math equations are only true if they are equal to 0 and to there self. Unity in Math is all about zero and further, opposites.

-PROPORTION: The goal in Math is to reach proportion, equality. Proportionate estimations are sometimes undergone with: greater- than less-than and/or equal to signs to identify them. All numbers are proportionate and can be broken down evenly in half fourths, ect., even if it takes many did gets to show this.

-MOVEMENT: Math can undergo movement, everyday all around us the binary system is at work transferring sound waves great distances and small distances numerically. We cannot consider this concrete because we can not physically see the transaction. T. V. shows, phone calls internet, these frequencies and our voices are translated into numbers linked together to form what is being transferred. Even looking at art online is like viewing numbers.

-BALANCE: This is undergone by the equal sign all math some way or another revolves around it, even when it is not written in an regulation it remains usable at any time and is fruitfull for answers.

-VARIETY AND CONTRAST: There are only only ten numbers that truly exist it Math; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 0. But they make up all existing numbers and are the basis of Math. They have contrast too because the ten numbers, as well as all numbers have one exact opposite, when combine equal zero, as the affect of a black and white contrast and the result of the combination of the two.

Art and Math exist in every aspect of each other.
