They grew up reading stories about horsemen. Now these stories have different meanings and contexts, but a good book is still a good book. It can inspire kids to learn by playing. If they capture the whole picture, they can discover another side of the story. Many sounds can come from repetitively covering your mouth with your hand. That sort of behavior was playful then, but is considered a hurtful stereotype now. They were not too surprised when real Horsemen were not very happy to share their symbols to be recycled for a special theatrical ballet performance. Maya and Holly had to invent their own symbols, probably inspired by the stories from their childhood. Their symbols involved people on horses, as seen from various perspectives.

And that's how the hobo was saved by his oboe.
