MJ, BJ, DB, and A all had a broad knowledge, good sense of smell, color and aesthetics and, good palates. They liked to travel and taste all sort of foods the world had to offer, in an atmosphere that was tense for the restaurant owners and relaxed for them. One thing they could all agree on was that every major city had the oldest in the world restaurant.
